As we say farewell to 2024 and usher in 2025, we want to wish you a very Happy New Year! Thank you so much to all of our supporters, particularly those of you who spend your hard-earned dollars as paid subscribers to The Smoke Sheet.

In 2025, we’ll be keeping our finger on the pulse of the BBQ community, highlighting interesting people, places, news, media, trends, and more. We’re also hoping to incorporate even more stories from regular guest contributors, while also adding new voices to the mix. As always, we promise to continue to dig deeper into the wide world of BBQ, grilling, and live-fire cooking in the upcoming year.
