Daniel Vaughn shares his favorite trays of Texas-style BBQ outside of Texas on Kevin's BBQ Joints

Texas Monthly BBQ Editor Daniel Vaughn traveled across the country in search of great Texas-style BBQ. He found several spots that have perfected the Texas Trinity and other Lone Star staples. Last month, he wrote about 20 great BBQ joints that served his favorite Texas-style BBQ trays of 2023 outside of the great state of Texas.
