Friday Find: A Day in the Life at Ribbee's
Ribbee's, from the founders of acclaimed Goldee's restaurant in Fort Worth, only focuses on ribs.
As many of you might know, Goldee's BBQ in Fort Worth is Texas Monthly’s No. 1 rated BBQ joint in Texas. The acclaimed restaurant serves incredible barbecue, but the only downside is that you have to wait several hours for your food.
The team behind Goldee’s opened a new restaurant called Ribbee’s in March, with a much different approach. It only serves pork and beef ribs, fries, coleslaw, homemade rolls, and ice cream, ensuring food is served quickly.
The YouTube channel Ant’s BBQ Cookout followed the Ribbee’s team for a day in the life during their first week. Watch below to learn more about the successful opening and how they’ve quickly mastered serving excellent “fast food” BBQ.
